Only your name and email are required. We reply by email with questions, or with a quote if the brief has enough to price.

The dimensions that matter, where the pieces are going, and links to drawings or photographs. Send what you have.

A program brief asks for a quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve a quote and place the order.

What you send goes to estimating. It's used to reply to you, quote your program and run any program that follows. We don't sell it or add you to a mailing list. Read our privacy policy.

Pricing
There are no public prices; every program is quoted. Size and construction, materials and finish, quantity, how often you reorder and packaging set the unit price. Freight is priced separately. Read the pricing guide.
Minimum order
None. A program can start at a single piece, and there is no upper limit.
Lead time
4–8 weeks, plus freight.
Payment terms
50% deposit at order, balance due before shipping. The quote for your program states the terms that apply to it.
What a quote needs
Drawings or a reference photo, the fixed dimensions, intended use, quantity and whether it reorders, the fabric or leather (what we should source, or what you'll supply by arrangement) and any documentation your specification requires. See what a quote needs.
What happens next
You approve a drawing and the quote, then a sample built to the drawing. The production run is checked against the approved sample and ships by consolidated freight. See how a program runs.
Confidentiality
Ask for an NDA before you send drawings. Your program agreement names who owns the drawings, both the ones you send and any we develop together.
Drawings
The form doesn't accept files. Paste links to drawings or photographs, or email the files to eandjmanufacturingla@gmail.com.
Finishes
Samples are mailed free: tick the stains, metal finishes, nailheads or stitching you want on the finishes page, or name them in the message with an address to send them to. For a finish of your own, send a color or texture sample and we'll finish to it for your approval.
Tearsheets
Each library silhouette has a one-page tearsheet (PDF) with its photographs, reference number and nominal dimensions, to forward internally. Browse the tearsheets.
