This site describes what we manufacture and how to start a program. Nothing is sold on it. These terms cover using the site itself. Any work we do for you is governed by the written quote and program agreement that cover it.

eandjfurniture.com is run by E And J Wood Finish, a California corporation operating as E and J Furniture Manufacturer, 16520 Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA 90746. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Nothing on the site is an offer
- The library shows production silhouettes as a starting point for a program. It is not stock for sale, and none of it is priced.
- Dimensions are nominal and may contain errors. They change once a silhouette is re-scaled or re-specced for you.
- The lead time, minimum order and payment terms on the site describe how we usually work. The quote for your program states the terms that apply to it.
- Some workshop images on this site are illustrative renders, not photographs of our factory. Colors and finishes look different on different screens, so approve materials from physical samples.
- A program exists only once we have both agreed in writing to its quote and program agreement.
What you send us
Please send accurate contact details and only material you have the right to share. Sending a program brief, drawings or an application does not create a contract or a confidentiality obligation. If your drawings are confidential, ask for an NDA before you send them. How we handle what you send is set out in the privacy policy.
Our content
The text, design, photographs, renders, video, drawings and documents on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site, print pages, and download and share our capability sheet and line card to evaluate working with us. Please don't copy, republish or sell the images or the library, or present them as your own products, without our written permission.
Search engines and AI systems may crawl and use the site as robots.txt allows. The fonts and software libraries the site uses are licensed by their authors; their notices are in third-party notices.
Acceptable use
Don't use the forms to send spam, malicious code or anyone else's personal information without their permission. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site. To report a security problem, see our security contact.
Other websites
Links to other sites, including our sister company, Trend Contract Furnishings, and our social media pages, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranties about the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Warranties for furniture we build are those set out in the program agreement.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
